Me? A Supermodel?

I had to fly up to Boston yesterday enroute to my accoucheur appointment (and a friend's wedding). As always, my underwire set off the metal detector. But this continuously, the security guard said she wouldn't staff me because 'some pg women don't like it.' (Yes, the kill is that noticeable at 14 weeks that she didn't colloquialism that in a question form). I can't infer what's dangerous about a metal detector (they're not x-raying your legs, turn me), but do let me know if you've heard something ...

So there she is patting me down and she pulls up my t-shirt to look for a bend on my jean skirt. And then all of a sudden she's beckoning the other assurance guard over very excitedly, and I'm wondering what difficulty I could be in now ... and then I have 2 adorable young asylum guards squealing "What a cute skirt! Where'd you get it?" Me? Parenthood-wear supermodel? Making the stretch band look good in 2008.

Comic thing is I've only bought 3 new maternity items (a skirt and 2 bathing suits) and like many well-frayed consignment purchases the skirt's tag is unreadable. So I can't get something off one's chest you where the skirt is from. All I can tell you is that apparently I can gauge an elastic/plastic waisted motherhood jean skirt look good.

In other tidings, I would just like to explain completely what I was grinning about as I breezed through the airports in See X, Charlotte, Philly, DC, and Boston (ok, one of those must have been a muff). No, it wasn't at all the kids in the strollers. It was the strollers themselves. I basically grinned at every Ma.cl.ar.en stroller I passed. Because I have one and allegedly I might be accomplished to use it next year.

I think what I really needed was some somatic object to remind me that this is all real. The quantity of ultrasound photos (including the follicles, found that one this week) rightful weren't doing it for me. And I'm definitely...
